I’m surprised that there no mention of I’m a Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturdays and a Cleveland Browns on Sundays shirt, who has been cultivating Appalachian food for several years now. Y’all need to get your grits, collards, & country ham on. If you’re good I might offer you some livermush. I watched a segment from the late Anthony Bourdain in Appalachia and nothing the local people prepared would I ever eat. Too many critters and unidentifiable ingredients.
