The salonlike atmosphere in the second-floor Skelet and Friends Skull shirt bathroom stands in stark contrast to the rest of the transit hub’s bad rap. Can’t say the same for the men’s rooms there. Granted, makeup is generally not an issue. But the facilities are still ones I feel a need to leave quickly. I once got off the bus at PABT and there was a pile of human excrement on the floor just inside the terminal. It was like, Welcome to New York!
